Forklift Truck Drivers x 3 (Counterbalance & Reach) – Permanent

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £30,000 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)

Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating AM/PM shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)

Plus: Overtime paid after 40 hours + exceptional employee benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and accurately in a busy production environment
• Moving a variety of products, pallets, and cages across the site
• Loading and unloading vehicles with precision and care
• Checking barcodes, customer orders, and stock items ready for UK‑wide distribution
• Supporting wider production and warehouse teams as required
• Working within a quality‑controlled, clean, and safety‑focused environment
• Completing picking, packing, and materials handling tasks
• Using MRP systems and Windows‑based software to manage stock and order information (ideal but not essential)

Your skills and experience

• In‑date RTITB licence for Counterbalance and Reach
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong awareness of health & safety and quality standards
• Confident, accurate FLT driving skills
• A team‑focused approach with the flexibility to support other operational areas
• Good attention to detail when handling stock, orders, and documentation
• Experience with MRP or stock management systems is highly desirable
